My part of the story-My wife had her two sisters with us. They do not collect but their children do, children work at other casinos in AC and were not able to attend the release.
My sister in laws were playing slots because they didn't feel up to waiting in line after the time was changed for the extra hour. My wife found them and directed them back to the release table to get their 5 chips. The female in the pit made a scene stating that my wife was recuriting people to buy for her and REFUSED to sell to these two ladies. By the time I found out they were p***ed and wouldn't go back.
The scene their personnel caused was abusive to their customers -not only us collectors.
