I read your story Scott, and i feel for you. Treatment like that of customers is appauling. It was wrong on so many levels.
The Trop it seems has a death wish. A slow, but sure death wish. Im sure the upper management would be very interested in seeing and hearing this story from you as well as all of the other witnesses.
I dont visit the Trop myself, but in my opinion, they owe you at the least a sincere apology.
Its hard to believe that the can be so cocky with such compition and lower dollars coming in.
