Absoletely too many chips (ramblings)

I gave up one of the closets in the house when the new baby was born. What I have been finding is astounding! I have boxes and boxes of chips I don't remember ever having.

Have no fear, I am not hoarding 100s of the same chips waiting to dump them and kill the market for these gems. They are part of my many collections over the years. In the past 10 years or so, I have collected every single area of chipping, from riverboats, Indians, Nevada, Atlantic City, roulettes, tournament and finally illegals. In all the time, I went from one to the other, keeping everything.

I was asked recently if I had any old New Mexico roulettes. I pulled some boxes and found I have box loaded of individual roulette chips from casinos I had no business collecting. I honestly have no idea what I have.

For those of you who are wondering if my selling chips has anything to do with getting out of chipping, the answer is "NO!" I love this hobby, but am focusing on illegals alone for now. If you are looking for anything in the certain areas, please let me know. I have many things I don't even know about.

To all my friends going to the convention, I will miss you this year. It is the first convention I will miss in 8-9 years and it is tough since I see so many of you so seldomly. Have fun and keep collecting.
