I've also seen Red Chipcos bleed...

onto white cardboard PaulSon boxes in addition to other chips they are touching. I do not believe that PVC makes Chipcos bleed. I've never seen or heard of it but has any one else ever seen a blue, green or black Chipco bleed onto a flip or binder page that contains PVC? I believe that certain (not every) shades of red Chipco's bleed... onto each other and onto what they are touching. If you want to play it safe store your red Chipco chips in cardboard mylar flips or airtites and you shouldn't have any bleeding issues.
