You seem to be missing the point. Your identity makes all the difference in the world! If your phone rang and some unidentified caller on the other end warned you not to buy Ford products because he was a Ford expert and he knew that something was wrong with them, would you lend ANY credibility to the caller? No, I think not. But, if the caller was someone that you recognized as a Ford expert you might listen a little more carefully. That is the position you put us in here when you show up out of the blue and post a message like the one you posted.
