What are you talking about? Is Ebay selling sniping software or are you saying that they make a profit from the sniping software sold on Ebay?

What profits? If I have the high bid, and I'm sniped at the last second, Ebay gets very little profit (.75 of a cent on a 25 cent bid increase). If I'm sniped at the last second, and get a chance to bid higher on the auction, guess what, Ebay gets more money because I will increase my bid and maybe the sniper will increase his bid as well!

I'm sorry, but why would I run up the bid for "Just for the fun of it"? If I'm not going to BUY the auction I won, I'm going to lose my chance to bid on auctions (3 strike your out Ebay policy).
