Penn National Gaming is planning to sue the state of Illinois over the recent tax increase impacting the Hollywood Casino in Aurora, Illinois. They have also announced that they will be replacing ALL 40 TABLE GAMES with slot machines to cut expenses, as well as beginning to charge admission and parking fees.
