Thanks for your post Armin. I'm sure that any action the club takes on most any subject ... one way or the other ... will be met with disapproval from some factions or another ... so the opinions you may have heard privately from others does not bear too much weight.

As an example ... look at the heavily weighted opinions regarding the slabbing issue in opposition .... yet the Board voted contrary to membership public opinion. However, the elected Board of Officers makes the tough decisions and we must accept them ... or change the officers every two years.

As for your thoughts of resignation provided your membership dues were returned to you .... where is that rule written?
