but a very generous gesture. I don't see why your company would have a problem. You're paid for a service and you spend it by donating back to the school. I don't see a problem anywhere. Your gain was not monetary but rather in the gratification that comes from giving to a worthy cause. Given the cutbacks that schools everywhere are facing, they need every dime they can raise. In my book, people that do this are kinda special.
