Totally ethical!

Think about what the purpose of all the payments are for:

You get paid for speaking.

You make a totally discretionary contribution with that money.

Your company makes a contribution to further education programs...which is exactly what you're doing.

If for any reason you are uncomfortable...go talk to your HR dept and run it past them. I can't see why they would have a problem with it.
