Just my thoughts on the subject. I'm certainly not an attorney, so please don't all of you Members of the Bar jump at me. Common sense tells me that it isn't illegal to collect chips. Unless these people were buying/selling large quantities of a certain chip, their purchases/trades would not have an effect on chip values. As for expulsion from the club, there cannot be a unilateral solution to be used for everyone. Each case should be looked at individually. In other words, two people may commit a crime and one could have the book thrown at him while the other goes free due to mitigating circumstances, etc. I think the same applies here. The facts should be carefully considered. Thanks for listening to my point of view.
