"SHALL BE CONVICTED OF A CRIMINAL OFFENSE"
In Response To: Yes, and No.... ()

I have long been concerned about that language. Among the many criminal offenses are some that bear little or no relationship to morals and which are neither fellonies nor misdemeanors. We need to reword that language. One solution is to substitute the word "may" for "shall."
