I went on a Baltic cruise a few years ago. Most countries have casinos, but not lots of casinos. Casinos in some countries are only open in the evening and cruise ships are generally only in port during the day. Some of the casinos I was able to visit were chipper friendly and others would not knowingly let you leave with one of their chips. So good luck on chipping in the Baltic.
