Re: CHIP Info... P & G CASINO

Mermaid mold, white in color .. 'P&G CASINO' hotstamp both sides. No demom.

I have the same chip both with and without a value. The one with a value is a $500.00 chip. The other just says P&G on both sides. I believe (but not positive) that the "P" tands for Pat. It's been a long time and just can't remember.

As far as value is concerned, it all depends if you are buying or selling. I know that I didn't pay more than $2.00 for any of the denominations--even the $1,000 chip. I expect you will probably find a bunch of them at the convention in dealers junk boxes for $2.00 to $3.00 each.

The one who really knows the whole story on these chips would be Mel Jung, but I doubt if he is reading this board at the moment. grin

Oh yes, I believe one could assume the higher valued chips are tournament chips as is the one you have without the denomination--but am not sure.
