Let It Ride is not a casino therefore they can not have cash value chips unless it is a joint chip with a casino name and LIR.
The 1st LIT NCV chips were for tournaments in LV, FQ's 1995 was 1st, Ballys, and LV Hilton.
Since then they have done NCV chips for promotions.
The scanned chip below would not be legal on NV tables since it does not have the casinos name. That does not mean someone is not using it.
