One of nature's wonderful creatures. I used to do a lot of night driving out in the boonies and encoutered more than a few owls. During the night mice, lizards and snakes are on the roads, mice use them for commuting and the reptiles to keep warm. Owls would use my headlights to spot these critters and swoop in for the kill. Quite a surprise when you're bombing along, listening to Art Bell talk about alien abductions on the AM and a big white owl flashes in front of you. Yee-ow!
