I believe that the transaction is over when all is said and done.
It is unfair that in a situation where I bend over backwards for a client and they still leave a negative feedback that I only have a follow up for recourse.
It is best to work out any difficulties that may arise before either side leaves feedback.
That way, when the issue is resolved both sides can be fair handed with their feedback.
Besides. Some sellers deal in large volume and do not have the time to post feedback for everyone individual purchase. In that case I think it is up to the buyer to request positive feedback after the transaction has taken place.
Sadly that does not always work. I left positive feedback for a buyer recently and requested positive feedback in return. I have received nothing.
Yes, I waited until the transaction was completed. But, they have yet to leave me any feedback at all.
That I feel is wrong.
