Lets assume your are a buyer of an item on ebay. You pay for the purchase and it arrives to your location. And the the product is defective. If the seller will not give you a refund he or she deserves negative feedback. If they give the seller a refund they deserve positive feedback. The seller has to do his end and the buyer has to be fair as well. As far as Im concerned the trancaction is not over till the buyer is happy with the purchase. Try and look at this issue from the sellers end for a second. Is it fair the buyer can leave him a negative feedback after the seller left him a positive? Ebays system is not a very good one. I wish they would come up with something better. Its just my opinion and welcome your feedback.
