I've sent hundreds of slot cards in the Flat Rate envelope. There is no weight limit ... just as long as you can get all your contents into the cardboard priority mailer without using any tape to seal it. If you put chips into 30 pocket pages ... I would imagine that one could send well over 100 chips with no problem at all in a Flat Rate envelope.
