I think 100 chips, in a plastic box, will weigh about 3 lbs.

You shipped 25 which means my guess at the weight would be UNDER 1 lb.

So unless I'm missing something, you are right, you did get ripped off. Sure it went Priority with confirmation and not Express or something else?

Save the receipt and go back and complain. You got charged double or something.
