Certainly a tragic story--similiar to probably Millions of others just in America, no less the whole world. Cancer is a horrible disease--as are so many others. Her story may or may not be true just as the person standing along the freeway ramp begging to work for food. OK, so I'm a cynical S.O.B., but like the author of this story who says, she just wanted to get it off her chest. I feel the same way--just wanted to get it off my chest.

In any case, I guess the sales pitch (if it is one,) is working.
