If you do a lot of travelling you will find the often the case and I have never figured out why. The hotter the climate the colder they like to keep it inside. We experienced that in the Bahamas. It was only 85 outside but they kept it about 60 in the hotel lobby. Really wrecks a vacation to the tropics to get away from the cold weather and then end up shivering the whole time. The casinos frequently have heat/AC problems at the tables. I just wish that they would reach a happy medium and not try to freze everyone out.
