I have a negative feedback also. It is from a guy that sent me an old chip in a plain envelope with no padding. It broke of course, and he would not replace it. I left him negative feedback so he returned the favor. Don't worry about it. Feedback is not all that important unless you have a high percentage. I can't remember EVER actually checking someones feedback before bidding on something I wanted.
