Pete; I don't know if your comment was tounge in cheek or should be taken seriously... but it seems to me anytime a decision is made in this club the outcry is that EVERYBODY should vote on it.

Quite frankly, five judges (as your post suggested) couldn't possibly know what every chip, token, silver strike, slot card has been issued the previous year.... or IF it was issued the previous year.
