This OTY contest has been going on for many years now. Each year the results have been similar. Yes, each year the participation gets a little bit better, but not significantly so. This year was better than last year, but there should be much, much, more participation for all the effort and energy that OTY Chairman Jim Follis has expended putting it all together.
