I just bought the 10 red $5 chips listed below on eBay for $15. What I can't figure out is my 8th edition TCR values some of these chips as F and others at possibly N or O!

Did something change that I'm unaware of? Did a bunch of new ones hit the market and drop the value or did I just get a heckuva deal?
