TCR lists a lime 25 NCV w/serial number (V7775) as Bally/Paris. What does this mean? The Bally/Paris aspect.

Note also that these two chips are different. The serial numbers are different, the size and boldness of the fonts used. Also, the inlays have a slight difference in shade and lastly, the gleaming highlights used on the inlay graphics are different intensities.

I think we have two different chips here for TCR 10.
