Re: Toasting Reserve Art
In Response To: Toasting Henderson COTD ()

I have 3 copies of the Reserve safari 2000 chip in Allans scan. $5 each.
I also have 1 copy of 4th of July art (tiger) for The reserve, that was never produced as far as I can tell. $10
Reserve $5 cheetah safari 2000- 10/7/99 – have 3 copies-$5 each
Reserve 4th of July Tiger 2000 $5 – 3/28/00-$10

Chipco salesman call them waxed copies. (good quality prints) (original art)
In the past Chipco sent them snail mail to the salesmen for delivery to casinos.
The casino would sign off on the art work.
In NV, Chipco sends a signed copy of the art work for gaming approval.

This process is all done by email now. I have not seen waxed copies since the Palms opened.
Make nice displays in cheap 9X12 frames.

I have several 100 different artwork that I just acquired along with 3,000 notched and sample chips. I will be posting them for sale as I get it organized. Watch for your favorite casino. Many are art for chips that were never put into production. Some are versions leading up to the final art.
