In answer to the question of why Kiss and Ozzy...both of these groups were performing at The Palms when the chips were issued. As well as Pink, Third Eye Blind, and Sugar Ray. These chips were to commemorate the groups performing at The Palms. I may be a showing a little favoritism though as I work at the Palms.
