Earlier I posted a message about a chip with a "DS" overstrike. Please refer to to that posting. I just received a message from Sue Campiglia for her husband, James [who apparently does not like computers] and she said that James believes the overstrikes are made by Donald Spencer. He did not know who Donald Spencer was. I assume that he is the same Donald Spencer who is a long time member of the CC&GTCC and who advertises in our quarterly publication for books that he publishes on casino chips--from the Carribbean, I believe [I'm at the office w/o access to his books or other information]. Does anyone have his address? I would like to follow up on James Campiglia's suggestion and see if he is the person identified as overstriking some chips with "DS."
