That is the worse example you could have produced, its rediculous as you have highlighted the original owner of the copy right.

Chip sellers or hobbiests do not own the copy right to the images on the chips, ones like the MGM Grand or Mirgage have very distinct logos. If we follow your logic of morals, the person who scans a chip and puts it on the internet is the exact same person who records a movie, therefore you have grouped all of those who produce scans and images as copy right pirates and those who then use the images as the the same as the ones who download the movie.

I certainly don't view that way but you analogy directly implies it. Perhaps the chip sellers could band together and create a pirate group, arrrrrr, matey.
