While I would not want to exclude anyone from collecting the chips that they want, I do think that it is necessary to remind everyone that chips were made for the table games. I would have no problems with all LE chips being issued only at the tables and being given out only for winning hands. It would slow down the distribution and would keep a few dealers from cornering the market on that particular chip. The only downside that I can see is that it might increase the cost of LE's since the dealer might lose money trying to get a few chips.<G> As long as the LE is being issued with 2000 or more chips this is not necessary. But when there are only 500 available a better distribution method is needed.
