I usually get a response within a day or 3. The problem with it is that they answer the question with what seems like a canned response. It's almost like they take a few key words and search a database. I usually have to reply with "You didn't answer my question. Please read it again".

I did not get a response to my last question. I asked if they could create new category under chips for all of the new chip sets. I don't know about anybody else but I'm tired of scrolling though all of the 'deluxe" and "heavy " poker chips out there.

There... now I feel better. It's good to vent.
