I, for one, have never downloaded a movie or music, and IF someone violated a copyright of another, he should , indeed, be prosecuted. On the other hand, the Internet is FULL of Shareware and free info, pics by the zillions, available to anyone that wants them.

It seems to be the consensus of opinion, rather than the Law, that sets policy regarding scans....it's more of an ethical question than anything else....and I agree, it's not ethical, but neither is it illegal.
