I could be mistaken as there has been so much mentioned about monorails on stuff that I have read it may be tough to keep it all straight. I think what I have heard is the Bellagio to Monte Carlo is closed because of construction on expansion of Bellagio(?). The MGM Bally's Monorail is closed for expansion of the line to connect into the new monorail that will go up the East side of the strip South.

LAS VEGAS MONORAIL

The Monorail from Excalibur to Mandalay Bay, I don't recall hearing being interupted. I believe it is still running and I am unsure of the monorail that runs(ran(?)) from TI to Mirage.
