For those who don't "see the problem"... consider this:
Here's a seller (Vegasvalentine) selling current/ new LV chips on Ebay...
I think it seems a little mean spirited to clip the edges off his/her time "listing" time (on Ebay) by snagging the competition's scans...

And the Seller makes a sale (and profit) while using someone elses time, hardware, software, and reputation

That ain't right.
