I am not going to comment on the ethics of using others scans, but I do just want to step up for Byron's character.

I have had several very smooth and accomodating transactions with Byron - very friendly and a great deal of integrity. I know for a fact that what he did here was out of lack of knowledge of protocol on the board. If it occurs a second time, then he will deserve to be chastised, but for now, I feel he deserves to be informed and forgiven. Just my opinion.
