Bob; I guess then the next logical question would be, "who would maintain this list?" I suppose such a list could be kept in a similar format as the one Andy Hughes devised for "The List" regarding anti-slabbed chips. Such a list could be updated and posted periodically with the offenders listed ... but again; the question remains who would do the work ... and respond to the law suits from the fraudulent sellers attorneys?
