Gene is technically correct. Without Identification that enagles attribution to a casino or club they are generics. I have chips that I know were in play at two illegal casinos in Saratoga, NY. Some are ivories that were in an original 1856 crate with the name of the Balston Spa casino owner on it...but the chips are still generic. The others were chips used on roulette tables at the Lakeside, and J. P. Sullivan casinos. But none have attribution. I was present when the chips and other items were sold at auction so I know they are from the clubs but they are still generic. I think that the roulettes attributed to a game in San Antonio are probably correctly attributed but they are still generic and of no interest to me (though if I didn't already have many playing sets I might be in the hunt.
