The Mescalero Apache tribe operates Casino Apache in the Inn of the Mountain Gods Hotel & Resort in Ruidoso, New Mexico. I have not been down there in a few years but it had several table games in a very nice casino on the lower level of the resort. The slots were in a separate building. Nice operation.
