We agree, although my thoughts were along the idea that the tax dollars from these casinos could be used to improve the neighborhoods. In Las Vegas, the casinos foot the bill for many educational programs, support the colleges and do a lot to support the community. True there is crime are slums, as in every large city, but more could and should be done in Atlantic City.
