It sounds like the Tower chip which is not an error chip but can't tell without a scan. TCR has the tower $1 chip listed as V5200 & (B). As for live poker stories I finally got on the winning path at the Indians (Turning Stone) when in 7 Stud my Aces full beat two other full houses.
