The Gaming Table audit copy for 3rd edition has the following information:

427 (Harper & Uncer)
Kansas City, Mo.
Mold: Hub (in circle "H-U-H-U-H-U)
Opened: 1930's Closed: Yes

RWS (Bridgeman Cigar Co.)
Seattle, Wa
Mold: Hub
Owner: Ray W. Santee, James Manley
Opened: 1945 Closed: Yes

And, of the many "HC" listings in TGT, there is one that mentions a hub mold:

HC
Atlanta, Ga
Mold: Hub
Shipped to Joe Hogg (alias?)
Opened: 1936 Closed: Yes

The Club 100 (or 100 Club)chip could be from Chicago, as there is a SmKey listed, but no hub mold.
Opened: 1920's Closed: Yes

p.s... The PR SmKey (along with a Rectl, & Rsdchn mold) is listed as a UFC.
