It would be a shame to limit chip collecting to only those who play table games. I, for one, would not be able to collect chips. I cannot process in my mind fast enough to play table games. Dealers are expected, by both management and players, to keep the game moving. Perhaps we could have psychiatrists and neuroligists screen collectors, allowing those who are not capable of playing table games to have an exemption?
