KCR (Kinda Chip Related) Does anyone know what this is worth?

Orleans 2000 Poker Tournament of Champions - The front reads ".999 Fine Silver 1 Troy Oz." It's not listed in any silver strike guide that I've seen, nor is it listed in TCR. Where would such an item be listed?

My apologies for the quality of the scan. Try as I might, I couldn't combine the two images into one nice one - so I improvised.
