My sellers always say they have or will leave + feedback and do not condition it on my leaving same. I leave + feedback as soon as I receive the chip and I let the dealer know. Never had a problem (except with a disbarred judge who attacked everyone including a sexual assault on a woman lawyer but that's a different story).
