I have many chip errors in my collection. Among them: off center inlays, double struck metal centers, hotstamps, and molds, missing inserts, double denominations, blanks, center inlays miscut into various shapes, and even a metal center chip with the coin center in backwards. Just as with coins, chip errors DO happen.
