Stan & Marge; I'll take a stab at the question you have posed. Perhaps those who have the final say on who gets nominated for HOF honors are not aware of the contributions that Bob Matthews (or anyone else for that matter) has made to the hobby in general ..., or to the club more specifically.

Just a non-controversial opinion (I hope) is being offered, but maybe it would take someone like yourself to put together Bob's accomplishments and submit them to the HOF committee.

BTW: Since both Gene Grossblatt and Bruce Landau are no longer with us, I have no idea who you would submit your proposal to today. Maybe Nate or the OLCD could shed some light on the new selection process?
