I have these two $5 CIC's from the Four Queens. The chip on the left appears to have "circular rings" on the inlay while the chip on the right appears to be smooth or polished. Are these the same chip or were they issued at different time? Both are incused. Maybe a re-order? Any help would be appreciated.
