I am not a confused Independent. I am not an Independent except in the generic sense of the word. I consider your reference to me as confused as a mild personal attack. If I were you I would stop it there and not make this a personal issue.

You suggest that that Democrats are big government supporters and Republicans aren't. Of course that would fail to explain the huge growth of Federal Government under Republican administrations.

Both Democrats and Republicans look to the government as a tool for social engineering. Though they may have slightly different views on how society should be engineereed both consider the government as superior to the individual.

It is my party, The Libertarian Party, the party of principle which considers individual rights and responsibilities as opposed to government intervention as the bulwark of society.
